Way back in 1996 bangdesign and Talon Technology developed the world’s first ‘mass production’ carbon-fibre chair. This early-adoption has stood the test of time as an expressive fluid form, and a beautifully honest expression of composite technology and aesthetics.
The Talon chair was awarded a 2000 Powerhouse Museum Selection Award, a Design Institute of Australia Selection Award and an Australian Design Mark, and is part of the permanent collection of the Powerhouse Museum.
